Coaching Packages and Programs

Four session coaching packages are available at a reduced rate of $125 per hour.

Three month and six month coaching programs are also available at a reduced rate of $125 per hour. Coaching programs also include additional free products and bonus support services.

Coaching sessions are provided by video anywhere in the country using FaceTime (or Zoom if you do not have Facetime).

*Filling out, signing and returning a brief Client Intake and Informed Consent form before your first coaching session is required. This form will be emailed to you when you contact Sophia to schedule a coaching session.
