We move out of the disease paradigm of just managing physical symptoms and instead we look at menopause and post-menopause holistically, as the catalysts they truly are for tremendous healing, growth and awakening on all levels, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
We seek to not only ease or lessen your physical symptoms, but also to uncover and address any possible emotional, mental and energetic roots contributing to your challenges. We harness the tremendous power of your heart and spirit, as well as the mind-body connection.

How the program works:
After you're free 30-minute introductory/ intake phone call, you have TEN individual one hour virtual coaching sessions on Zoom to be scheduled as you desire in one of the following ways:
You can schedule your ten sessions once a week, once every two weeks, once every three weeks or once a month
All sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and desires and we will focus on whichever pillar or pillars you want to focus on in each of your sessions, or if you prefer we can follow the order of the pillars, ie, focus on pillar one for two sessions, pillar two for two sessions, etc....you can choose whatever format feels or works best for you.
