WHAT IS NUMEROLOGY?
Numerology was created by the Greek philosopher, Pythagoras, in 580 B.C. who created out entire modern number system, as we know and use it today! He taught that each of the nine numbers (1-9) has a specific meaning and energetic vibration, in addition to a numerical value, and that every number has both a positive potential vibration and a challenging vibration.
He taught that by adding the numbers in your birthdate and reducing them to single digits (unless its one of the three master numbers – 11, 22 or 33) it reveals your divine soul purpose and your life mission…known as your life path number…which is the most significant number in your numerology chart.
Today, even though we still of course use the number system that he created, most people have disregarded and discounted the core philosophy of his system and of numerology…that each number has a spiritual meaning and an energetic vibration that goes beyond the mere quantity of each number.
So numerology is the study of the energetic influence of numbers and it has literally been used for thousands of years.
Modern physics tells us that everything in our universe is energy. Numerology translates that energy through numbers. You can think of each number’s specific vibration as being like a different note in music.
