What is heart-centered affirmative prayer?
Heart-Centered affirmative prayer is an empowering spiritual prayer practice (for women of all faiths and spiritual paths) that involves consciously shifting from human circumstances to affirming spiritual truth and your oneness with the healing power of Divine Love that is always present within your heart.
It involves connecting deeply with your heart, declaring and feeling with gratitude that your desire is already yours, while at the same time releasing your desires to the Divine, trusting, surrendering (letting go) of the how and the when, and having faith in a positive or healing outcome for the highest good of all.
It affirms and helps you remember your innate wholeness, and helps you let go of fear and find inner peace, despite challenging health or life circumstances.
It helps you with holistic body-mind-spirit healing and even with balancing your chakras. Your heart has a very large, electromagnetic field that radiates out through your whole body, therefore the size and power of your heart's energy has a very strong and significant effect on the energy in all seven of your main chakras.
I facilitate Heart-Centered Affirmative Prayer Circles online with Zoom for women who would like to learn, practice and receive this kind of empowering and loving prayer support for any health, relationship, work, financial or other stressful life challenge they may be experiencing at this time.
