We'll move out of the disease paradigm of just managing physical symptoms and instead we look at menopause and post-menopause holistically, as the catalysts they truly are for tremendous healing, growth and awakening on all levels, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

We'll seek to not only ease or lessen your physical symptoms, but also to uncover and address any possible emotional, mental and energetic roots contributing to your challenges. We'll harness the power of heart coherence, mindfulness, and the mind-body connection.

All sessions will be tailored to your specific needs and desires and we will focus on whichever pillar or pillars you want to focus on in each of your sessions, or if you prefer we can follow the order of the pillars, ie, focus on pillar one for the first session, pillar two for the second session, etc....you can choose whatever format feels or works best for you.
