Together we'll assess the big picture of what's happening with your chakras and in your life as a whole, what your biggest challenges are right now and what your overall intentions, goals or desires are at this time...I will offer some basic, general guidance if you want to proceed with chakra healing on your own, or you can begin Chakra Healing for Women coaching with me by either working on healing the particular chakra or chakras that need the most attention and healing (see individual chakra healing coaching sessions below)...  

Or you can begin my Chakra Healing for Women Coaching Program  and work on all seven of your chakras, which is highly recommended because working on one chakra will benefit all of your other chakras (they are all interconnected) and accelerate holistic healing, psychological and spiritual growth.
