Not all of us had or have a loving, supportive mother to go to for support. And some women like me, lost their mother when they were young.
Losing my mother caused me to search for the Divine Mother in my times of trouble and need, and also inspired me to learn how to mother myself. No matter how old we are, we all have a little girl inside of us that sometimes needs and wants a mother's comfort, nurturing and unconditional love.
The secret now as an adult woman is to learn how to mother that little girl that still lives inside of you, and to become aware of the Divine Mother Energy within you and all around you - always here to hold , love and mother you when you need it. I created this guided meditation to help you to do both.
