One hour coaching session to help you discover what your body and chakras are trying to communicate to you through your physical symptoms (with illness, extra weight or physical pain, etc.) and to help you harness the power of your chakras and the mind-body connection for holistic healing. This session can also support you with addiction recovery, as well as help you utilize the mind-body connection for healing from emotional eating, and in understanding the connection between your chakras, diet and weight challenges.
